REQUEST for Cooperation
in Preventive Measures against Influenza A (H1N1)

For prevention of Influenza A, all people entering JAXA offices and facilities are kindly requested to follow the instructions stated below to reduce the risk of infection.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused by these measures, but ask for your understanding and cooperation.

1. Hands must be sterilized upon entering JAXA facilities.
2. Those who have fever of 38°C (100°F) or above and/or who are subject to a follow-up surveillance by public health centers of Japan are not allowed to enter JAXA facilities.
