Notwithstanding any other provision of this
Act or of the Canada Corporations Act,
chapter C-32 of the Revised Statutes of Canada, 1970, no preferred shares or
securities of the company may have attached thereto a special right,
restriction, condition or limitation authorizing the conversion of the
preferred shares or securities into common shares of the company. R.S., c. T-4,
