This
Convention shall be open until 31 December 1975 for signature by the States
which are members of the European Space Conference. The Annexes to this
Convention shall form an integral part thereof.
2.
This
Convention shall be subject to ratification or acceptance. Instruments of
ratification or acceptance shall be deposited with the Government of France.
3.
After the
entry into force of the Convention and pending the deposit of its instrument
of ratification or acceptance, a signatory State may take part in the
meetings of the Agency, without the right to vote.
