The General
Manager of the corporation shall be appointed by a three-year renewable
contract.

(2)

The General
Manager shall be the chairman of the Executive Body of the Corporation and
its legal representative. He shall report to the Board of Directors.

(3)
|
The Board of
Directors may decide to terminate the services of the General Manager. The
reasons for such a decision shall be stated.
|
|
(4)
|
After the
approval of the General Body the General Manager shall exercise his powers
and functions laid down in the rules of conduct of the corporation.
