Article 19: Settlement of Disputes The General Body of the corporation shall adjudicate upon disputes between the corporation on the one hand and one or more members on the other or disputes amongst the members themselves. The resolutions adopted by the General Body shall come into force for a period not more than ninety days of the date of its issuance.
