Article 2: The Establishment of the Corporation An independent corporation shall be established within the framework of the League of Arab States, by the name of The Arab Corporation for Space Telecommunications. The corporation shall have a full legal character and has the right, within its objects, to conclude and contract agreements and possess movable and immovable property and dispose of them and the right to litigate and undertake all legal measures.
