Article 4: Membership, Head Office and Main Control Station (1) Membership of the corporation shall be for Arab states which are members of the League of Arab States and which subscribed to the capital of the corporation. (2) The Head Office of the corporation shall be in the city of Riyadh in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and it is competent to the corporation to have branches in the member Arab States. (3) The Main Control Station shall be in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
