Article 10 The Participants intend to define, in consultation with the Council of the Organisation, in an Arrangement with the Government of the United States, the principles relating to the use of the Spacelab and the other parts of the shuttle and orbital system, in particular the space shuttle, access to United States technology, and all other questions appropriate to such an Agreement.
