The
Participants shall indemnify the Organisation in respect of any obligation it
may incur should its international liability be involved as a result of the
execution of the programme.
2.
Any
compensation for damage received by the Organisation with respect to the
programme shall be credited to the annual programme budgets referred to in
article 5, paragraph 4.
