Article 7 Intellectual property rights arising from the execution of the programme, as well as access to and use of technical information so arising, shall be reserved to the Participants so far as this is consistent with the relevant terms of the Memorandum of Understanding, but the Organisation shall have the right to make use of them free of charge for its activities as a whole.
