The Governor in Council may, on the
recommendation of the Minister, by order amend Schedule I
|
(a)
|
by adding
thereto the name of any corporation that carries on a telecommunication
business substantially similar in nature to that carried on by each of the
approved telecommunications common carrier; or
|
|
(b)
|
by deleting
therefrom the name of any corporation that ceases to carry on a
telecommunication business substantially similar in nature to that carried on
by each of the other approved telecommunications common carrier. R.S., c.
