EUTELSAT shall, having regard to the general
views of the Assembly of Parties, co-operate on matters of common interest
with the United Nations and its Specialized Agencies, in particular the
International Telecommunication Union, and other international organizations.

To comply with Resolution 1721 (XVI) of the
General Assembly of the United Nations, EUTELSAT shall send to the Secretary
General of the United Nations, and to the Specialized Agencies concerned, for
their information, an annual report on its activities.
